It’s Christmas morning! With it, I bring you two Instagram photos. It has been a little chilly the last couple of days so we’re all trying to keep warm. This is Rosco on his bed trying to stay warm.

This is my attempt. A cup of hot coffee, and a pair of slippers I bought yesterday. As you can see from the photo, we have marble flooring in most of our house. This is great during the summer because it reflects heat and stays cool. During the winter however, it makes you lose a lot of heat through your feet. A pair of slippers is the difference between feeling cold all the time and staying warm and nice.

This often comes out during the winter when people are catching colds. It’s a great way to warm yourself up and get the mucus out of your lungs.

This isn’t really related to winter in any way except that I shot it on a winter morning. I’ve never seen one of these enter our house before. It looks too big to be a bee. Anyhoo, this is the best I could do since I didn’t want to get too close to it (I’m really afraid of insects).

We went to a mall to get food in Coimbatore. This is a picture of my colleagues and I after dinner. We were all exhausted after a long day of interviews and walking around to find food.

I went to Coimbatore for a recruting trip. This is a photo I took from the hosting college (UIT). It was an amazing campus at the foothills of the Western Ghats, and today was a really beautiful morning.
